At Discovery Ball 2021, we will feature
a Hall of Heroes where guests can honor
a cancer survivor, someone who is fighting
cancer, or a lost loved one.

Your donation of $1,000 supports of the Society’s vision

for a future in which cancer no longer threatens those we love.

We invite you to add to our Hall of Heroes by submitting the following by September 17, 2022:

Name of your loved one
Two sentences describing your loved one or their cancer journey
Cancer type [optional]
Important dates [optional]
- Date and/or age of diagnosis
- Date of remission
- Date of birth - Date of death
